1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days after the day you received the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (hello@skullpig.eu
) with a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided, but it is not mandatory.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods were delivered incorrectly or are defective.

If the goods are too large for regular post, we can arrange collection at your expense.

4. Conditions of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags/packaging.

If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be liable for the diminished value.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.

Custom-made or personalized items.

Promotional sale or giveaway items, where explicitly stated.

6. Returns After 14 Days

Returns requested after the statutory 14-day period may be accepted at our discretion (if applicable), and may be subject to restocking fees.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive defective goods or the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

In such cases, we will bear the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
